How to Submit

Please fill out all the following information of application, and push SUBMIT button. You will receive the acceptance e-mail with your abstract number in a couple of days. You must reply to this acceptance e-mail with your abstract as an attached PDF file as soon as possible. You will receive a notification of the determined mode of presentation style of accepted abstracts by the end of May, 2007 via e-mail. It is vital that you use your e-mail address valid at least until December, 2007.
If you will not hear from us about the status of your abstract within one week after your submission, please feel free to send your enquiry to hkd-ec2@or.knt.co.jp.

Abstract guidelines

Please read the following instruction carefully for preparing your abstract.

1.Style:	Abstract must be one page and include [1] title, [2] author(s), [3] institution(s)of author(s), [4] text, and [5] references (if necessary), in this order.
2.Abstract form:	Size:	A4 paper size (210mm - 297mm)
	Page:	One page in length, including text and figures
	Margin:	At least 25 mm margins are necessary for every side.
3.Language:	English only
4.Electronic file:	File name:	Abstract number.pdf (Ex.A001.pdf)
	Quality:	Please make manuscript as a high-quality PDF file. Print out your abstract and check its performance before submission. Abstract book will be issued in grayscale printing.
	Font:	Use only English alphanumeric characters (Single-byte character).
	Color:	Color drawing is available. You should note that the abstract book is printed in monochrome while the abstract CD is colored.
	Attention:	Please do not encrypt your file and do not password protect your PDF file.
	File size:	Less than 1MB

Period of Submission & Revision

1 Feb., 2007 - 31 Mar., 2007.
All Abstracts can be revised during this period, if necessary.
In this case, revised abstracts will be sent by e-mail to hkd-ec2@or.knt.co.jp.
You will receive your acceptance of change by e-mail in a couple of days.
