Information for Hotel Accommodation and Group Discount Flights
Hotel Accommodation will be arranged by Kinki Nippon Tourist Co., Ltd. Sapporo Div. for those who wish to attend the Conference. Special discount rate is available for the Conference. Because we consider that it would be crowded in Sapporo in September due to tourists and other congresses, we suggest you an early stage reservation following by the information. Accommodation will be available at the hotels listed below. The hotels are within easy reach of the congress venue on foot. Reservations will be made on a first-come-first-served basis.

Reservation Procedure
To make a room or flight reservation, please complete the "Online Registration, Hotel & Group Discount Flights Reservation Form" and submit it. Please note that the deadline for reservation is 31 July, 2007. 18:00
If you do not have a credit card, your Hotel Reservation Confirmation will be sent after we have confirmed your full payment by bank transfer.

Change or Cancellation
In case of change or cancellation, written notification with representative name and belonging group should be sent to the FLC'07 Registration and Reservation Secretariat of Kinki Nippon Tourist Co., Ltd. Sapporo Div. immediately by fax or e-mail. Cancellation charges are as follows.
(Notification of any) change or cancellation must be made during our business time. (Mon. to Fri. 9:00 a.m. to 17:45 p.m. JST except national holidays)
