At least one author of each accepted paper MUST REGISTER by 31 May, 2007. If there is no pre-registration on a paper, this paper will be removed from the Program.

For Early Registration Upon receiving your registration data and remittance, we will send you an invoice via e-mail by the middle of June, 2007. If you choose to pay by your credit card, we will charge to your credit card at about the end of June, 2007.

Payment by a credit card or cash (Japanese Yen (JPY) only) is available at the reception desk.

Cancellation Policy:

Registration fee
If you need to cancel your registration; Written notification for your cancellation of registration must be reported to FLC'07 Registration & Reservation Secretariat.
On or before 31 July, 2007 : 100% of total shall be refunded.
After 01 August, 2007 : No refund can be made.
We consider the day we receive your notice is the day of your cancellation.All refunds will be processed after taking off a registration handling charge of 1,000 JPY.

How to register:

You should complete the "Online Registration and Reservation Form (SSL or NON-SSL)" and submit it.
If you use the NON-SSL Form, you must complete the Credit Card Payment Form and send it by fax.
Confirmation e-mail will be sent to you after reservation within 10days.
