All participants who attend the Congress need to be registered.
On-line registration will begin from December 1, 2006.
You can register online from this website.

<NOTE>

1. The above registration fees (both regular registration and student registration) include: Access to all sessions and exhibitions, a program book, one conference kit, admission to
   the welcome reception, and refreshments during breaks.
2. Accompanying person registration fee includes: Access to all sessions and exhibitions, admission to the welcom ereception, and refreshments during breaks.

 

Accommodation

Rooms can be reserved at hotels around the Congress venue at special rates as follows. For room reservations, please apply by July 21, 2007.

 

To guarantee your reservation, we need a deposit (single JPY 10,000/twin JPY 18,000). The deposit will be deducted from your hotel bill. You may settle the balance at the hotel cashier.

No reservations will be confi rmed without a deposit.

 

Hotel reservations are processed on a first-come-first-served basis, and therefore we suggest making a backup choice. You will be notifi ed of the hotel reservation confi rmation at a later date, upon receipt of your deposit. Also, a confirmation letter will be sent to you after receipt of the fees.

1. Above room rates for Code 1 & Code 2 hotels are per room, but room rate for Tokyo International Hostel (Code 3) is per person.
2. Above rates do not included taxes except Tokyo International Hostel.

4. Tokyo International Hostel is a dormitory style accommodation (Separate rooms for men and women).
5. Application for Tokyo International Hostel will be available until June 21, 2007. After then please apply directly to the Hostel ( http://www.tokyo-ih.jp/).
   No bath or toilet in each dormitory.

 

Payment
Payment for all registration and accommodation fees should be
made in Japanese Yen by means of credit card or bank transfer
remittance only.
