PAYMENT

All participants may choose one of two methods for your payment:

On-line registarion and web-payment (credit card)
On-line registarion and web-payment will be closed at 18:00 JST(Japan Standard Time) on August 15, 2008.

On-site registration and payment
To register on-site, please stop by at the registration desk on the symposium venue from 16:00 on August 27, 2008 to 17:00 on 29 August, 2008. Payment by a credit card or cash (Japanese Yen only）are available at the registration desk.

Note:

1. Only Japanese yen is acceptable.
2. Both web-registration and web-payment are strongly recommended.
3. Student must send a copy of verifying statement (for example, a student ID card) by E-mail, i.e., hkd-ec2@or.knt.co.jp, or send a copy of verifying ID by FAX, i.e.,<+81-11-280-2732> if you have registered the AISM2008 as a student. Notification of the name of conference and your application number if you have would be required. Without this verification, the full participant fee will be charged.
4. Early Registration will be closed at 18:00 JST on July 31, 2008.
5. At least one author of each accepted paper MUST REGISTER before/on June 30 2008 via on-line.
   If there is no pre-registration on a paper, this paper may be removed from the Program and be excluded from the Symposium Proceedings.

Payment for the on-line registration must be done on or before the deadline.

Meal Restriction

Please tell us if there is anything you cannot eat at the Banquet. (Inquiry for vegetarians, etc

Remittance

Wire transfer Payment for Japanese participants only
Wire transfer payment is also available only for Japanese participants until 18:00 JST on July 31, 2008. Only Japanese Yen is acceptable. Registrant must pay a bank handling charge. Please send a copy of your bank receipt by FAX (:+81-11-280-2732)to avoid any possible confusion.

Credit Card (For participants from all countries)
VISA, Master Card, American Express, JCB and Diners Club are available.
*We will charge the amount to your credit card at the beginning of August.

Cancellation Policy

Registration fee
Written notification for your cancellation of registration must be reported to the AISM2008 Registration Desk, c/o Kinki Nippon Tourist Sapporo Div.
Written notification on or before July 31, 2008 : 100% of the total shall be refunded.
Cancellation received by on or after August 1, 2008 : 50% of the total shall be refunded.
After 16 August, 2008 : no refund can be made.
We consider the day we receive your notice is the day of your cancellation.
All refunds will be processed after the conference less a registration handling charge of JPY 1,000.

1. You may complete the "On-line Registration and Reservation Form" and submit it, or you may send a printed complete form by fax or post.
2. You will receive a confirmation e-mail within 10 working days.
