ご担当のセッション開始15分前までに座長受付にお越しください。各セッションの運営は座長の先生にお任せいたしますが、時間厳守にご協力願います。

計時係はおりませんので、予定の時間内にセッションが終了するようご留意ください。それぞれの研究が進むよう、前向きなコメントをご用意ください。

- コンピュータープレゼンテーションのみ可能です。演者ご自身のノート型パソコンをご持参下さい（電源ケーブルを必ずご持参下さい）。利用機種に制限はございませんが、アプリケーションはPower Pointでお願いいたします。ファイルを保存したUSBメモリまたはCD-ROMをバックアップとしてご用意ください。演者は発表の30分前までにPC受付にて、試写・出力確認を行ってください。接続はMini D-Sub15ピン3列（通常モニター端子）となります（必要な場合は接続端子をご持参ください）。D-Sub15ピン以外の接続はお受けできませんので、あらかじめご了承ください。試写を行った後、各会場のオペレーターに提出してください。
スクリーンセーバーならびに省電力設定はあらかじめ解除しておいてください。
前演者の発表時間には、次演者席にお着きください。

3.Presentation :
- The speakers are asked to use only a personal computer at each oral presentation (slide projectors are not available). We request you to bring your own notebook computer equipped with a normal VGA connector. You should have your presentation date (Power Point) on a CD-R disk or USB stick,in case your computer is not compatible with our projector system.
The secretariat will provide D-sub 15pin(mini) cables. Be sure to bring the connector necessary to connect your notebook PC.
Please ensure that the power cable is prepared. Operating with batteries can cause atrouble. Please do not use the screen saver or electric power saving function on your PC in advance. Please visit the “PC Preview Booth” at least 30 minutes prior to your session and preview and confirm your data. After PC registration is completed, Please hand your notebook PC to the operator in the designated room.
Please take the “seat for the next speaker” in the session room by at least 15 minutes before your presentation.
To YIA presenters
＊Please prepare for an oral presentation and a poster presentation.
＊A speech is unnecessary for the poster presentation.

Please keep the poster on the board until the discussion of YIA-finalist is concluded.
＊The announcement of excellent works and The Ceremony will be performed on the final day 5th (Sat) in Closing ceremony.
Please attend the ceremony to receive your prize.
＊After the removal time, the posters will be disposed by the anyone.
