Genghis Khan is lamb and vegetables grilled at the table on a special griddle. It’s perfect with beer and wine. This reception is an all-you-can-eat and-drink Genghis Khan dinner.

Participants may choose one of two methods of registration and payment.

Online:

The deadline for the online registration is June 10(Wed.), 2009. Payment by credit card (VISA, Master Card, American Express, JCB, Diners Club) is possible.

Onsite:

Register and pay (credit card or cash) at the Registration Desk.

Early or Late Registration Fee will be applied only when you make payment through credit card or bank transfer online prior to the meeting. Those who fail to do so will be charged On-site Registration Fee at the Registration desk.
- Only Japanese yen is accepted.
- Online registration and payment are preferred.
- On credit card statements, the charge will appear as Kinki Nippon Tourist Co., Ltd.

Online registration closes on June 10 (Wed.), 2009 at 18:00 JST (Japan Standard Time).
All registrations after that will be handled onsite.
Onsite registration is available from 09:00 on July 10 (Wed.), 2009, to noon on July 12 (Sun.), 2009.

At least one author of each paper MUST REGISTER by April 1 (Wed.), 2009 to be included in the program.

Payment by credit card is strongly preferred.
We accept the following cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club.
For early registrants, your credit card payment will be processed in the first or second week of April. Before such processing, we will e-mail you a pre-confirmation invoice.
Participants from Japan can choose to wire their remittance by bank transfer. In that case, you must pay the transfer service charge. When you complete the transfer, please fax a copy of the transfer receipt to +81-11-280-2732.

Onsite payment

Onsite registration and payment are available at the Registration Desk from 09:00 on July 10 (Fri.), 2009 to noon on July 12 (Sun.), 2009. We will accept credit card payment or cash (JPY).

By April 1(Wed.), 2009: If you notify us of your cancellation by sending it in writing to the address below, you will receive a 100% refund, minus a 1,000 JPY service charge.
We consider the day we receive your notice as the day of cancellation.
