Accommodations
Accommodations for participants (and accompanying persons) will be arranged by Sapporo Div., Kinki Nippon Tourist Co., Ltd. We are pleased to announce a special discount rate for The 4th Joint Meeting of JDA and ACD. Because Sapporo hotels will be booked quickly with tourists for the month of July, we recommend you book your accommodations early through this website. Reservations will be made on a first-come-first-served basis.

The condition at Toyoko-Inn Sapporo Eki Nishiguchi Hokudai-Mae is excluding breakfast, however the hotel provides free light snack meal service for the guests.

How to make a reservation
To book your room, please complete the "Registration and Reservation Form" and submit it. You will receive the pre-confirmation for Hotel Reservation by E-mail within 10 working days.
Please note that the deadline for booking a hotel room is June 10(Wed), 2009 at 18:00 JST.
If you are registering and booking from Japan and choose a bank transfer as a payment method, you will receive the confirmation for hotel reservation after we receive your full payment to our bank account.
Bank information will be informed by our reply e-mail.
Changing / Cancellation Policy for Hotels
In case of changing your booking, please notify us by E-mail <hkd-ec5@or.knt.co jp> or by FAX <+81-11-280-2732> as soon as possible. When you do so, please identify yourself with the Registration Number for The 4th Joint Meeting of JDA and ACD.
In case of cancellation, you will be charged for cancellation fee unless you notify us at least 11 days prior to your check-in date (see below). Please be aware of time difference between your time zone and ours.
If you would like to contact us by phone, please do so during our business hours (Mon. to Fri. 9:00 to 17:45 JST, except National Holidays).
