All participants may choose one of the two methods of registration and payment.

• On-line:
  The deadline for the on-line registration is September 15 2009. Payment by a credit card (VISA, Master Card, American Express, JCB and Diners Club) is available via this website.

• On-site:
  You can register and make a payment (by a credit card or cash) at the NOLTA 2009 Registration Desk.
  If you make a payment at the Registration Desk, Your registration item will be as "On-Site".
  Early or Late Registration will be applied only when you make payment in advance through credit card or bank transfer prior to the symposium.
  Note:
  1) Only Japanese yen is accepted.
  2) On-line registration and payment is preferred.
  3) The name of the symposium will not appear but our company name will in your credit card statement.

• On-line registration will be closed on September 15 2009 at 18:00 JST (Japan Standard Time). All the registrations after this date will be handled on site. On-site registration will be available from 15:00 on October 18 2009 to 15:00 on October 21 2009.
• At least one author of each accepted paper MUST REGISTER by July 31 2009 to be included in the Program.
• Registration fee per person includes the following.
  
  

  Full Registration and Student Registration
  (a) Symposium materials (e.g., one copy of the Abstract Book and CD)
  (b) Admission to all sessions.

Registration and Reservation Form

Gateaux Kingdom Sapporo Hotel provides buffet style lunch (alternative choice of chinese restaurant or western buffet) ,set menu (Japanese restaurant) and dinner (you can choose from Japanese restaurant, Chinese restaurant or Western buffet). Please select your number of the ticket on the"Registration and Reservation Form".

Fees (per each day)
Lunch: 1,500 JPY available on October 19, 20, and 21.
Dinner: 3,500 JPY available on October 18 and 19.

There are a few shops inside and next to the hotel. Bakery and the other light meal can be purchesed.
Also,there is Seven-Eleven(convenience store),it is about 5-10mimutes walk.

Banquet will be held at Gateaux Kingdom Sapporo Hotel on October 20,2009
Banquet fee is included in Registration fee.

On-line registration deadline: September 15 2009, 18:00 JST

Payment by a credit card is strongly preferred.
We accept the following cards: VISA, Master Card, American Express, JCB and Diners Club
Your credit card payment will be processed by July 31, 2009 for early registered person.
Late registered guests will be charged at the middle of September, 2009.
We will send you a pre-confirmation e-mail before charging your fee.
Alternatively, participants from Japan can wire their remittance through a bank transfer. If you choose to do so, you must pay the bank handling charge for the wire transfer. When you complete the wiring, please send a copy of your bank receipt by FAX <+81-11-280-2732> to avoid the miscommunication.
Please do not forget to include your name, registration number, along with the name of symposium.

On-site payment

On-site registration and payment will be available at the NOLTA 2009 Registration Desk from 15:00 on October 18 2009 to 15:00 on October 21 2009. We will accept a credit card payment or Japanese Yen.

Registration, Lunch and Dinner fees

Until September 15 2009 : If you notify us about your cancellation by writing to the address below, you will receive 100% refund except for a 1,000 JPY handling charge. We consider the day we receive your notice as the day of your cancellation.

• You may complete the "Registration and Reservation Form" and submit it. Otherwise, you may print out the form, fill in all the data, and send it by fax or by post.
• A personalized pre-confirmation e-mail will be sent to you after reservation within 10 working days.
• This site uses the Verisign Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, transferring your encrypted data directly to our server. It enables you to make your payment smoothly from the registration page on this site.
