4.Presentations
Membership of PSJ is a requirement for presentation. Any PSJ member may present a paper during the meeting. Japanese or English may be used in the presentations and discussion. Registration instructions for scientists interested in attending or presenting can be found below. If you are not a PSJ member at the present time, please plan to become a member for 2009. Applicants may fill out an application form and send it to the PSJ office.
4-1. Oral presentations
The oral presentations are limited to 12 minutes, including the discussion time. All session rooms have projectors with PC for Power Point presentation that will be operated by the meeting stuff. Registration instructions for scientists interested in attending or presenting can be found below.
4-2. Poster presentations
The poster presentations are also acceptable. The poster presenters must be in attendance for the scheduled poster session.5.Registration for Presentation
For paper presentations, please send the abstract as an e-mail attachment to psjh21ab@iwate-u.ac.jp by January 12. Anyone who wants to present a paper should send an e-mail and register for attendance before or on January 12, 2009. After the deadline, applications for presentations will not be accepted. Please contact us if you do not receive the acceptance from the Organizing Committee by January 27, 2009. After January 27, abstracts without the notice of acceptance from us and the contact from the speaker will not be accepted.
If the speaker is a student and hopes the selection for “Student Best Presentation Prize”, please inform us when e-mail with the abstract will be sent.
6.Instruction for Abstracts
Abstracts prepared with MS Words (Size: 73 mm height 161 mm width, Font: 9pt Times New Roman) will be accepted. The first line should include the name(s) of the author(s). The second line should include the title. When the abstract has two or more authors, please place ○ in front of the name of the speaker. If the speaker is a student and hopes the selection for “Student Best Presentation Prize”, please place ● in front of the name of the speaker. The word limit for the abstract is 150 words within 9 lines. The last line should include institutional affiliation(s). All abstracts will be edited by the Organizing Committee, which will use the PSJ abstract form.
7.Registration Fee

Receipts are going to be issued in the middle of February,2009.The payment will be reimbursed,if the registration

8.Transportation and Accommodations
The organizing Committee does not make travel arrangement.
