3.Registration for Participation

Registration is required of all attendees. Please send your name, E-mail address, FAX address & Hope contents to the reception office by February 17 (Wed), 2010.

4.Oral & Poster Presentations

Any PSJ member may present a paper during the meeting in oral or poster presentations. The oral presentations are limited to 12 minutes, including the discussion time. All session rooms have projectors with PC for Power Point presentation that will be operated by the meeting stuff. Authors scheduled in poster sessions will be assigned a poster board space for display of illustrative materials such as text, graphs, charts, and tables. The maximum outside dimension of each poster, including the title, must not exceed 120 cm long x 90 cm wide. Information presented on posters should be readable at a distance of 100 cm. For your convenience, poster board fasteners will be provided at the meeting.

If you are not a PSJ member at the present time, please plan to become a member for 2010. Applicants may complete an online application to membership on the web site (https://service.dynacom.jp/ppsj/member/index_e.html).

5.Registration for Presentation

For paper presentations, please send the abstract via on-line submission system.Anyone who wants to present a paper should send an e-mail and register for attendance before or on January 27, 2010. After the deadline, applications for presentations will not be accepted. Please contact us if you do not receive the acceptance from the online system by January 27, 2010.After January 27, abstracts without the notice of acceptance from us and the contact from the speaker will not be accepted.

If the speaker is a student and hopes the selection for "Student Best Presentation Prize", the speaker must present his/her paper in the poster session but not in the oral session. Please choose "poster presentation" when the abstract is submitted.

6.Instruction for Abstracts

The word limits for the title and the body of the abstract are 200 and 900 characters WITH space, respectively. Please refer to the instruction in Japanese for the abstract submission.If you need help, please contact the Organizing Committees office.

7.Registration Fee

For attendance

On or before February 17, 2010

PSJ regular member: 9,000 yen;PSJ student member: 4,000 yen

After February 17, 2010

PSJ regular member: 10,000 yen; PSJ student member: 5,000 yen

Banquet

PSJ regular member: 7,000 yen; PSJ student member: 7,000 yen

Receipts are going to be issued in the end of February, 2010. The payment will be reimbursed, if the registration is cancelled by March 15, 2010.

8.Transportation and Accommodations

The Organizing Committee does not make travel arrangement.
