2012 Annual Meeting of the Phytopathological Society of Japan

We are pleased to announce 2012 Annual Meeting of the Phytopathological Society of Japan (PSJ) that will be held March 28-30, 2012, in Fukuoka, Fukuoka. An update on the latest meeting information is available on http://www.ppsj.org/index_en.html

3. Registration for Participation

Registration via on-line registration form before January 19 2012 is required of all attendees. In case you can't register via internet, please send your name, E-mail address, FAX address & Hope contents to the reception office by January 19 (THU), 2012.

4. Oral Presentations

Any PSJ member may present a paper during the meeting in oral presentations. Neither non PSJ-member nor who unpaid membership fees for 2012 can register for presentation.
Oral presentations are limited to 10 minutes plus 2 minutes discussion time. All session rooms have projectors with Windows PC for Power Point 2003 (.ppt) presentation that will be operated by the meeting stuff.

If you are not a PSJ member at the present time, please plan to become a member for 2012. Applicants may complete an online application to membership on the web site (https://service.dynacom.jp/ppsj/member/index_e.html).

5. Registration for Presentation

For paper presentations, please send the abstract via on-line submission system before or on December 30, 2011. Prior registration for participation is required to register for presentation.  After the deadline, applications for presentations will not be accepted.  Please contact us if you do not receive the acceptance from the online system.If the speaker is a PSJ student member and hopes the selection for "Student Best Presentation Prize", the speaker must present his/her paper in the oral session.

6. Instruction for Abstracts

The word limits for the title and the body of the abstract are 200 and 900 characters WITH space, respectively. If you need help, please contact the Organizing Committees office.

Receipts are going to be issued in the middle of March, 2012. The payment will be reimbursed, if the registration is cancelled by February 24, 2012.

The Organizing Committee does not make travel arrangement.
