All participants may choose one of two methods of registration and payment.

On-line Early Registration:

The deadline for the on-line early registration is May 20, 2014.

Payment by your credit card (VISA, Master Card, American Express, JCB and Diners Club) is available via this website.

If you make your payment at the registration desk, your registration choice will be as "On-Site".

On-line "Early Registration" will be applied only when you make your payment in advance through your credit card or bank transfer prior to the conference.

On-site Registration:

You can also register and make your payment (credit card or Japanese Yen cash) at the conference registration desk, your registration choice will be categorized as "On-site".

Note:
  1) Only Japanese Yen is accepted.
  2) On-line registration and payment are preferred.
  3) The name of the conference will not appear but our company name (i.e., Kinki Nippon Tourist Co., Ltd.) will be shown in your credit card statement.

• If you register as a student, you must verify your status by sending a scanned copy of your student ID by E-mail to <s-convention-1@or.knt-h.co.jp> or by FAX to <+81-11-280-2732> along with your registration number. Without this verification, you will be charged the "Non IWA-Members" fee.
• On-line early registration will be closed on May 20, 2014 at 23:59 JST (Japan Standard Time).
• At least one author of each accepted paper MUST REGISTER by May 20, 2014.
  Otherwise, your paper will not be included in the program.

Before charging your credit card, we will send you a pre-confirmation e-mail.
Credit card transaction will be made by May 31 at the latest.

Alternatively, participants from Japan can wire their remittance via bank transfer. If you choose to do so, you must pay the bank handling charge for the wire transfer. When you complete the wiring, please send a copy of your bank receipt by FAX to <+81-11-280-2732> to avoid miscommunication.
Please do not forget to include your name and registration number along with the name of conference.

On-site payment

On-site registration and payment will be available at the conference registration desk from 15:00 P.M. on June 15, 2014 to 12:00 on June 18, 2014. We will accept credit card payment or cash in Japanese Yen.

Registration fee and Banquet Fee

Before May 20, 2014 : If you notify us about your cancellation by writing to the address below, you will receive 100% refund. We consider the day we receive your notice as the day of your cancellation.
