Change and Cancellation

In the event of any change or cancellation of your reservation, please notify us by e-mail.
Cancellation penalty may apply depending on the date of cancellation.

When canceled on or later than 20 days prior to the commencement date of the tour	20% or less of Tour Fares
When canceled on or later than 7 days prior to the commencement date of the tour	30% or less of Tour Fares
When canceled on the previous day of the commencement date of the tour	40% or less of Tour Fares
When canceled on the commencement date of the tour	50% or less of Tour Fares
When canceled after the commencement of the tour or when not participated without notification	100% or less of Tour Fares

How to apply

• Rooms in the list are available at a special discount rate from Sunday‚ November 16 to Friday‚ November 21.
• Please fill in the “Hotel Reservation Form” with hotel name / number of rooms you would like to book‚ and then send us by e-mail. Application by telephone is not available.

• After the receipt of your application‚ we will check the availability and notify you the result as soon as we can. After the hotel confirmation‚ we will contact you and require further details of group including guest names‚ flight information etc.
• Method of payment is credit card only.
