Procedure for entry and Registration & Accommodation

Select and enter your personal information.
We will reply by your registration number and password.
You can go to NEXT Site “Registration” “Accommodation”.
You choose payment.
When you complete registration you will receive a notification to your specified E-mail address. *Your ID and password will be provided. Keep them safe so you can change/cancel your registration
To confirm, change, or cancel your registration online.

General Information
Passports and Visas
Every person entering Japan must have a valid passport. In addition, persons coming from certain countries must have a visa issued by a Japanese consulate in their country. Please be aware that in some cases, it takes more than one month to obtain a visa. For details, please inquire at your nearest Japanese Embassy or Consulate.

Notes on Registration
You can pay by credit card and cash on the day of registration at the venue.
Participants of SII2014 can participate in SI2014 for free.
If you have made a registration of SII2014 please present a receipt or a name card of SII2014 at the registration desk for free entry of SI2014. If you wish to join the banquet of SI2014, you need to buy a banquet ticket at the desk.
We could refund the SI2014 registration fee if you made registration of SII2014. Please take your receipt of SII2014 to the registration desk on site.
Receipt
2014 IEEE/SICE International Symposium on System Integration (SII2014) will provide you with receipts for the registration fee, and Banquet fee, lecture application fee,and Additional the proceedings on the day of the conference. KNT/Nagaoka will issue receipts for your travel and accommodation .
