Kinki Nippon Tourist (KNT), Nagaoka Branch Office will assist you in your registration and accommodation arrangements for the East Asian Game Theory Conference 2015(EAGT) on August 24-26, 2015, which will be held at Waseda University, Tokyo (Japan), on Aug 24 (Mon.) -26 (Wed.), 2015. Let us inform you of the following procedures for registration and accommodations. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, and appreciate your early entries and reservations. Thank you.

Your registration and payment must be made in advance.
If you do not register before 31 July 2015, you will not be included in the final program.
The deadline for the Regular-registration is July 1st(Wed.) 23:59:59(PST, GMT-8)

*Registration fees are not refundable under any conditions after July 2.
*You need to register in order to attend the conference, even if you are not presenting.
*Each registration includes admission to all technical sessions, coffee breaks, three lunches and conference banquet.
*The registration fee includes consumption TAX (8%).
Accommodation
Conference participants can reserve the hotel below at conference's special rates.
Reservations will be made on a first-come-first served basis. We appreciate your early reservation.

Kinki NIppon Tourist Nagaoka will issue receipts for your registration and accommodation. You will get receipt when you have registered in the registration desk at Waseda University.
Procedure for entry and Registration & Accommodation
Click “Registration Site” below, and proceed to Entry.
Select and enter your personal information.
We will reply with your registration number and password.
You can proceed to "Registration” and “Accommodation”.
*Credit card payment will be charged on July 2.
When you complete the registration, you will receive a notification to your specified E-mail address.
*Your ID and password will be provided. Keep them safe as you will need it to change/cancel your accommodation

General Information
Passports and Visas
Every person entering Japan must have a valid passport. In addition, persons coming from certain countries must have a visa issued by a Japanese consulate in their country. Please be aware that in some cases, it takes more than one month to obtain a visa. For details, please inquire at your nearest Japanese Embassy or Consulate.
