Procedure for entry and Registration & Accommodation
Click “Registration Site” below, and proceed to Entry.
Select and enter your personal information.
We will reply with your registration number and password.
You can proceed to“Registration” and “Accommodation”

When you complete registration you will receive a notification to your specified E-mail address.
*Your ID and password will be provided. Keep them safe so that you can change/cancel your registration.

You can change/cancel your registration by using your ID and password.
After the closing day (Nov 20), you cannot change/cancel the content of your registration online.
You can change/cancel by E-mail after online accommodation.
Procedure after registration

The credit card you specified will be charged after Dec 1. (Payment will be recorded as Kinki Nippon Tourist in the account statement of your card.)

General Information
Passports and Visas
Every person entering Japan must have a valid passport. In addition, persons coming from certain countries must have a visa issued by a Japanese consulate in their country. Please be aware that in some cases, it takes more than one month to obtain a visa. For details, please inquire at your nearest Japanese Embassy or Consulate.

Notes on Registration
You can pay by credit card and cash on the day of registration at the venue.
Receipt
The 2015 JSME/RMD International Conference on Advanced Mechatronics (ICAM2015) will provide you with receipts for the registration fee on the day of the conference. KNT/Nagaoka will issue receipts for your travel and accommodation.
