For the upcoming Inter BEE2015, Kinki Nippon Tourist Co., Ltd. has been appointed to handle the arrangement for accommodations for participants.
Please make a reservation as early as possible, since room availability is limited.

Rooms in the following hotels are available at a special discount rate from Sunday, November 15 to Friday, November 20.

Reservation and Payment

Click “Registration Site” below, and proceed to Entry.

Select and enter your personal information.

We will reply with your registration number and password.

You can proceed to “Accommodation”.

When you complete the registration, you will receive a notification to your specified E-mail address.
*Your ID and password will be provided. Keep them safe as you will need it to change/cancel your accommodation.

What is included in the price

Room rates are per night, including service charge and government tax.
Twin room rates are quoted per person (NOT per room).

Deadline for the application

Friday October 24,2015.

Amendment & Cancellation Policy

You may cancel the reservation by paying the cancellation fee as given below.

20-8 days prior to the date of stay	20% of the charge
7-2 days prior to the date of stay	30% of the charge
On the previous day of the date of stay	40% of the charge
On the day of stay before 2:00 p.m.	50% of the charge
After the date of stay	100% of the charge

*Please contact us by e-mail or FAX if there are any changes or cancellations in guest’s name, room types, etc.

Please contact the hotel directly in case of any changes or cancellations after 5:00 p.m. on the day to stay.
