On-line "early registration":

On-line "pre-registration":

Deadline of On-line "pre-registration" is September 15, 2016.(Closed)

Payment by credit card (VISA, Master Card, American Express, JCB and Diners Club) is available via this website.

On-line “early registration” or on-line “pre-registration” will be applied only when you make a payment in advance through credit card or bank transfer prior to the conference. If you make a payment at the registration desk, your registration choice will be "On-site".

On-site Registration:

You can register and make a payment (by a credit card or by cash) at the registration desk.

Note:
1) Only Japanese yen is accepted.
2) Participants who make a presentation must choose on-line "early registration".
3) The name of the conference will not appear but our company name, i.e., Kinki Nippon Tourist Co., Ltd., will in your credit card statement.

Notes:

• If you register as a student, you must verify your status by sending a scanned copy of your student ID by E-mail to <s-convention-1@or.knt-h.co.jp> or by FAX to <+81-11-280-2732> along with your registration number. Without this verification, you will be charged the "Regular participant" fee. Postdoctoral researcher will be registered as “Student”.
• Registration fees include banquet on October 16.
• Pre-Registration will be closed on September 15, 2016 at 23:59 JST (Japan Standard Time). All the registrations after this date will be handled as On-site registration.
• At least one author of each accepted paper MUST REGISTER by July 31, 2016 in order that the paper will be included in the program.

The Organizing Committee for 2016 EAAA Meeting will provide “One day tour” for participants. The tour bus will bring you Shiraoi town, Lake Shikotsu and Chitose City. You will learn about Ainu history and culture, also will be enjoyed a great view in autumn season.

Tour fee : 7,000 JPY per person

A basic condition for the payment of registration fee date is just as same date as each categorized registration deadline day.

1) On-line "early registration"
>>> Credit card transaction will be made by August 5, 2016 at the latest.

2) On-line "pre-registration"
>>> Credit card transaction will be made by September 25, 2016 at the latest.

Payment by credit card is strongly preferred.
We accept the following cards:

Alternatively, participants from Japan can wire their remittance via bank transfer. If you choose to do so, you must pay the bank handling charge for the wire transfer. When you complete the wiring, please send a copy of your bank receipt by FAX to <+81-11-280-2732> to avoid miscommunication. Bank account will be announced by e-mail.

On-site payment

On-site registration and payment will be available at the conference registration desk from 8:30 on October 15, 2016 to 12:00 on October 16, 2016. We will accept credit card payment or cash in Japanese Yen.
