When you complete registration you will receive a notification to your specified E-mail address.

General Information
Passports and Visas
Every person entering Japan must have a valid passport. In addition, persons coming from certain countries must have a visa issued by a Japanese consulate in their country. Please be aware that in some cases, it takes more than one month to obtain a visa. For details, please inquire at your nearest Japanese Embassy or Consulate.

You can pay by credit card and cash on the day of registration at the venue.
Receipt
The International Symposium on the Science of Engineering Ceramics (EnCera 2016) will provide you with receipts for the registration fee, and Banquet fee, lecture application fee, and Additional the proceedings on the day of the conference. KNT/Nagaoka will issue receipts for your travel and accommodation.
