講演申込と参加登録は別です。講演される方は必ず参加登録が必要となります。
Please note that all the participants are required to register and pay registration fee. Presenters also need to register and pay registration fee in addition to the process of paper submission.

参加費用には、論文投稿費用・講演会プログラム及び講演予稿集(USB)の料金が含まれます。
The registration fee covers a paper submission, a program, and a proceedings in a USB memory. The registration fee includes Consumption TAX(8%).

会員には、SICE 会員の他、本講演会の協賛団体の会員等も含みます。当日登録の場合は、これらの会員等であることを示す情報の提示が必要となります。
Member price is applied to members of SICE and affiliate societies/institutes. We will ask you to present your membership card at the on-site registration. So please take a membership card with you for the on-site registration.

デモセッションでの発表をご希望の際は講演会の参加登録とは別に、デモセッション発表費（1件あたり、5,000円）の支払が必要となります。
If you want to make a presentation at “Demonstration Session” , you will be required to pay “registration fee of Demonstration Session” (1 presentation per 5,000 JPY) and application in advance.

12月13日（火）〜15日（木）に開催されますSII2016への参加登録者は、SI2016講演会に無料で参加できます。
Registrants of SII2016 can participate in SI2016 for free of charge.

当日登録でも無料になりますので，受付時にSII2016の領収書または名札を提示して必ずお申し出ください（お申し出がないと受付担当者は判断できません）。 なお、SI2016懇談会参加費は別途お支払いください。
If you have made a registration of SII2016 please show a receipt or a name card of SII2016 at the registration desk for free entry of SI2016. If you wish to join the banquet of SI2016, you need to buy a banquet ticket on the web or at the desk.

SI2016の参加費支払い後に、SII2016への参加を決められた場合も、SI2016受付におきましてSII2016の領収書、または名札を提示してお申し出頂ければ、SI2016の参加費は返金いたします。
We could refund the SI2016 registration fee if you made registration of SII2016 after payment of SI2016 registration fee. Please take your receipt of SII2016 to the registration desk on site.

事前参加登録の際に支払方法をお選びいただきます。 クレジットカードでの決済の場合は、参加登録時に登録いただいたカードに、11月21日（月）の週に課金いたします。
銀行振込をお選びの場合は、11月25日（金）までに送金をお願いします。送金先はWebでの登録完了時に返信されるメールに記載されております。送金の際はご自身の氏名の前に登録番号をお忘れなくご入力ください（例：777ホッカイミチオ）。送金の際の振込手数料はご自身でご負担ください。 なお銀行振込を選択し請求書をご希望の場合は以下の情報を記載し、運営準備室にメールにてご連絡ください。

2. 最初に個人情報の登録をします。
　 完了後、登録番号とパスワードを記載したメールが配信されます。

3. 事前参加登録のページでは、ご自身の登録種別をお選びください。
　 懇親会の参加申込もこちらで承ります。

4. デモセッションの申込をされる方は、次のページで発表費の支払登録をしてください。

5. 支払方法の指定をします。クレジットカードか銀行振込をラジオボタンでお選びください。

6. 登録内容の確認画面に表示される内容を確認し、「申込確定」ボタンを押します。

7. 画面が切り替わり上部に「お申込ありがとうございます。」と表示されたら、
　 登録完了です。 直後のに登録内容の記載された確認のメールが届きます。

確認のメールに記載のあるように、銀行振込の方は、2016年11月25日（金）までに送金をお済ませください。クレジットカードでの精算をご希望の方は、2016年11月21日（月）の週に、ご指定のカードに課金させていただきます（参加登録完了時の即時決済ではありません）。
