Registration
All participants might have to choose one of the two methods of registration and payment.
On-line "early registration":
Deadline of On-line "early registration" is April 10, 2017.
Payment by credit card (VISA, Master Card, American Express, JCB and Diners Club) is strongly preferred.
On-line gearly registrationh will be applied only when you make a payment in advance through credit card or bank transfer prior to the conference. If you make a payment at the registration desk, your registration choice will be "On-site".
On-site Registration:
You can register and make a payment (by a credit card or by cash) at the registration desk.Note:
1) Japanese yen is preferred. For Korean participants,payment of Korean Won in case is also accepted.
2) Participants who make a presentation must choose on-line "early registration".
3) The name of the conference will not appear on your credit card statment, instead our company name,
i.e., Kinki Nippon Tourist Co., Ltd., on it.

Notes:
- If you register as a student, you must verify your status by sending a scanned copy of your student ID by E-mail to ‹s-convention-1@or.knt-h.co.jp> or by FAX to ‹+81-11-280-2732> along with your registration number. Without this verification, you will be charged the "Regular participant" fee. Postdoctoral researcher will be registered as gStudenth.
- Pre-Registration will be closed on April 10, 2017 at 23:59 JST (Japan Standard Time). All the registrations after this date will be handled as On-site registration.
- At least one author of each accepted paper MUST REGISTER by April 10, 2017 in order that the paper will be included in the program.
Banquet
Banquet will be held at Sapporo TV Tower on May 16.

Payment Transaction
A basic condition for the payment of registration fee date is just as same date as each categorized registration deadline day.
On-line "early registration"
>>> Credit card transaction will be made by April 19, 2017 at the latest.
Payment by credit card is strongly preferred.
We accept the following cards:
VISA, Master Card, American Express, JCB and Diners Club
Alternatively, participants from Japan can wire their remittance via bank transfer. If you choose to do so, you must pay the bank handling charge for the wire transfer. When you complete the wiring, please send a copy of your bank receipt by FAX to ‹+81-11-280-2732> to avoid miscommunication. Bank account will be announced by e-mail.
On-site payment
On-site registration and payment will be available at the conference registration desk from May 15, 2017 to May 17, 2017. We will accept credit card payment or cash in Japanese Yen. For Korean participants, payment of Korean Won in case is also accepted.
