For the upcoming Inter BEE2017, Kinki Nippon Tourist Co., Ltd. has been appointed to handle the arrangement for accommodations for participants.
Please make a reservation as early as possible, since room availability is limited.

Rooms in the following hotels are available at a special discount rate from Monday, November 13 to Friday, November 17.

Reservation and Payment

Select and enter your personal information.

We will reply with your registration number and password.

You can proceed to “Accommodation”.

When you complete the registration, you will receive a notification to your specified E-mail address.
*Your ID and password will be provided. Keep them safe as you will need it to change/cancel your accommodation.

What is included in the price

Room rates are per night, including service charge and government tax.
Twin room rates are quoted per room (NOT per person).

Amendment & Cancellation Policy

You may cancel the reservation by paying the cancellation fee as given below.

20-8 days prior to the date of stay	20% of the charge
7-2 days prior to the date of stay	30% of the charge
On the previous day of the date of stay	40% of the charge
On the day of stay before 2:00 p.m.	50% of the charge
After the date of stay	100% of the charge

*The date and time of the change and cancellation are based on the working hours ( Mon-Fri 10:00-17:00 Japantime)
After the working hours, cancellation will be made next day, which may in cur cancellation fee.

*Please contact us by e-mail or FAX if there are any changes or cancellations in guest’s name, room types, etc.
(Change of reservation by phone is not accepted.)
Please contact the hotel directly in case of any changes or cancellations after 5:00 p.m. on the day to stay.
