Registration
All participants may choose one of three methods of registration and payment.
On-line "Early Bird registration":
Deadline of On-line "Early Bird registration" is March 25, 2017(closed) .
On-line "Registration":
Deadline of On-line "Registration" is June 9, 2017(closed).
Payment by credit card (VISA, Master Card, American Express, JCB and Diners Club) is available via this website.
On-line “Early Bird registration” or on-line “Registration” will be applied only when you pay in advance through credit card or bank transfer prior to the conference.
On-site Registration:
You can register and pay (by credit card or cash) at the registration desk.
Note:
1. Only Japanese yen is accepted if you pay the fees in cash.
2. On-line registration and payment is preferred.
3. The company name, i.e., Kinki Nippon Tourist Co., Ltd., will appear in your credit card statement, but not the name of the conference.

Notes:
- Registration fee for regular and student participants include Conference materials, Reception on June 25, and Coffee breaks.
- Online Registration will be closed on June 9, 2017 at 17:00 JST (Japan Standard Time). All the registrations after this date will be handled as On-site registration.
Payment
1) On-line "Early Bird registration"
>>> Credit card transaction must be made by March 31, 2017 at the latest.
2) On-line "Registration"
>>> Credit card transaction must be made by June 15, 2017 at the latest.
Payment by credit card is strongly preferred.
We accept the following cards:
VISA, Master Card, American Express, JCB and Diners Club
Alternatively, participants from Japan can wire their remittance via bank transfer. If you choose to do so, you must pay the bank handling charge for the transfer. When you complete the transfer, please send a copy of your bank receipt by FAX to <+81-11-280-2732> to avoid miscommunication. the conference bank account will be announced on the "On-line Registration" page.
On-site payment
On-site registration and payment will be available at the conference registration desk from 16:00 on June 25, 2017 to 12:00 on June 28, 2017. We will accept credit card payment or cash in Japanese Yen.

On-line “Registration”: No refund from June 10, 2017
