Please register and pay the registration fee in advance because the reception desk is expected to be very busy on the day of the conference.

Procedure for entry and Registration & Accommodation

Select and enter your personal information, registration, reception, Accommodation.
Confirm the screen, and proceed to payment.
Payment credit card only. *Credit card payment will be charged after 14 Apr.
When you complete registration you will receive a notification to your specified E-mail address.

Procedure after registration

The credit card you specified will be charged after Apr 14. (Payment will be recorded as Kinki Nippon Tourist in the account statement of your card.)

You can change your registration through the entry page online by the closing day. If you want to change or cancel your accommodation after the closing day, please contact us by e-mail (not telephone).

General Information
Passports and Visas
Every person entering Japan must have a valid passport. In addition, persons coming from certain countries must have a visa issued by a Japanese consulate in their country. Please be aware that in some cases, it takes more than one month to obtain a visa. For details, please inquire at your nearest Japanese Embassy or Consulate.

You can pay by credit card and cash on the day of registration at the venue.
Receipt
13th International Conference on Quality Control by Artificial Vision (QCAV 2017) will provide you with receipts for the registration fee, and Banquet fee, and Additional the proceedings on the day of the conference. KNT/Tsukuba will issue receipts for your travel and accommodation.
