会場での当日登録は混雑が予想されますので、ぜひオンライン登録をご活用ください。
Online registration is still open at on-site registration prices by April 17,
while early registration has already been closed.
We highly recommend online registration because the registration desk at the venue will be heavily crowded.

In the participation form, there is a question about the order of your registration of the Robotics and Mechatronics division (RMD) in the Japan Society of Mechanical Engineers. Please select one of the following items about your member status of JSME: I ranked the RMD as the “first division”, “second division”, “third division”, fourth division”, “fifth division”, “not registered”, and “non-member of JSME”.
領収書について(Receipt)
参加登録費・懇親会費・論文投稿費に関する領収書は、日本機械学会名での領収書を当日お渡しさせていただきます。旅費・宿泊費に関する領収書は、『近畿日本ツーリスト（株）つくば支店』名で発行させていただきます
（お申し込みいただいた方に別途ご案内させていただきます）。
The Japan Society of Mechanical Engineers will provide you with receipts for the registration fee, banquet fee, additional paper charges, and DVD of the proceedings. KNT/Tsukuba will issue receipts for your travel and accommodation (We will separately inform each participant in greater detail).
名札について（Nameplate）
講演会で使用する名札等については、2017年4月28日（金）頃に発送予定です。
当日使用致しますので、到着した名札をご持参ください。
Your nameplate for the conference is scheduled to be sent through mail on April 28, 2017. Please be sure to bring this with you to the conference.
宿泊予定アンケートについて（Survey on where you will stay)
県および市への助成金申請のため、ROBOMECH2017に参加し県内に宿泊される方々の名簿の提出を求められております。何卒ご協力をお願い致します。
氏名、ご住所の県名 (国外の場合は国名)、宿泊地の市町村名、泊数を福島県観光物産交流協会および郡山コンベンションビューローに提出します。これ以外の目的では使用しません。
ご同意頂ける方はご記入をお願い致します。宿泊地・泊数は見込みで結構です。
The organizing committee is requested to submit the list of ROBOMECH2017 participants who stay in Fukushima prefecture to apply for grant-in-aid from Fukushima Prefecture and Koriyama City.
Your name, city you live in (or country if you live abroad), city you will stay in, and estimated number of nights to stay will be submitted to
Fukushima Prefecture Tourism & Local Products Association and Koriyama Convention Bureau.
