How to make hotel reservation

Hotel reservation can be made online.
You will be informed of hotel confirmation by e-mail when your room is assigned and payment of hotel deposit by credit card is completed in order.

Application deadline

Your hotel application should be sent at the latest two weeks prior to your check-in date.
Please make sure to secure your room at your earliest convenience since the number of rooms is limited and the applications are processed on a first-comefirst-served basis.

Hotel deposit

A deposit of JPY10,000 is required to reserve a room. The rest should be settled directly with the hotel after your ckeck-in.

Method of payment

Payment should be made in Japanese Yen by credit card.
VISA, Master Card, AMEX, DINERS and JCB cards are available.
*Charges will be shown on your statement as "Kinki Nippon Tourist"

Hotel cancellation and refund policy

Cancellation must be submitted in a written notification (E-mail or FAX) to KNT to avoid any trouble. The cancellation charges:
