For the upcoming Inter BEE2018, Kinki Nippon Tourist Metropolitan Co., Ltd. has been appointed to handle the arrangement for accommodations for participants.
Please make a reservation as early as possible, since room availability is limited.

Reservation and Payment

Click on the ‘Registration Site’ button below and then click on ‘New Registration’

Enter your personal information, agree with the terms and conditions and click on ‘Register personal data’ to proceed to the next step

Note your ID and Password and click on ‘Continue registration’

Complete and change accommodation details, click ‘Next’ and add your credit card details.
Make sure to register your credit card details before login out as no accommodation will not be confirmed without payment

After completing your registration, make sure you received a notification specifying your ID and password.
Keep them safe as you will need them to change/cancel your personal information and accommodation details.

If you are logged out from the website, please login with your ID and password from the registration page and edit your personal information, accommodation and credit card details, and finalize your application.

Amendment & Cancellation Policy

You may cancel the reservation by paying the cancellation fee as given below.

20-8 days prior to the date of stay	20% of the charge
7-2 days prior to the date of stay	30% of the charge
On the previous day of the date of stay	40% of the charge
On the day of stay before 2:00 p.m.	50% of the charge
After the date of stay	100% of the charge

*The date and time of the change and cancellation are based on Japanese working hours(Mon-Fri 10:00-17:00), except national holiday. After the working hours, cancellation will be made next day, which may incur cancellation fee.

*In case of consecutive nights, we calculate from the first night of stay.
