口頭発表用ファイルの作成と持参に関する留意事項
口頭発表用ファイルの作成と持参方法は以下の通りですので、十分ご留意願います。詳細は、学会HPもしくは会誌4号掲載の「日本土壌肥料学会2018年度神奈川大会のお知らせ（第3回）」をご覧ください。
- OSはWindows7、アプリケーションはPowerPoint 2016
- ウィルスチェックを済ませたUSBフラッシュメモリ（USB）で持参
- USBには発表ファイルだけを入れる
- USB本体には「講演番号_発表者名（例：4-1-20_日大太郎）」を記載
- USBは、各講演会場の会場係に、8:30から発表直前の休憩時間までの発表が行われていない時間帯に提出
- 発表修了後にUSBは会場係から発表者に返却
- 試写は、会場内に設置した試写用PC（9台）を利用
Instructions for preparing your presentation file
- USB memory stick executed virus check is only acceptable as a storage medium.
- Please store only your presentation file to the memory stick.
- Windows7 and PowerPoint 2016 will be used as OS and an application software, respectively.
- Please write down your presentation number and your name such as “4-1-20 Albert Einstein” on the memory stick with oily marking pen.
- Please submit your memory stick to stuff members in your presentation room by recess previous your presentation.
- Submitted memory stick will be returned to you after your presentation.
- PC will be prepared in a venue for your previewing.
