We have reserved the hotel below for conference participants at a special rate. Reservations will be made on a first-come-first served basis. We appreciate your early reservation.

Amendment & Cancellation Policy
You may cancel the reservation by paying the cancellation fee as given below.
| 20-8 days prior to the date of stay | 20% of the charge |
| 7-2 days prior to the date of stay | 30% of the charge |
| On the previous day of the date of stay | 40% of the charge |
| On the day of stay before 2:00 p.m. | 50% of the charge |
| After the date of stay | 100% of the charge |
(Change of reservation by phone is not accepted.)
Please contact the hotel directly in case of any changes or cancellations after 5:00 p.m. on the day to stay.
