All authors (oral and poster sessions) are requested to submit an abstract (1 page of A4 size) via this website by the end of January, 2018. Please use the abstract template downloadable by clicking the button located below. The abstract must be in English. Upload your abstract as a pdf file through the submission page. Your abstract may include tables, figures and references. The authors must select the field in which the paper is to be accommodated, and the authors’ preference (oral or poster) during the submission process. Selection of the papers and the mode of presentation will be made by the Organizing Committee based on the extended abstracts. Notice of the acceptance and mode of presentation will be sent to the corresponding author by March 31, 2018. Time for each oral presentation, and the size of the poster boards will be noticed after acceptance.
