Reservation and Payment

Click “Registration Site” below, and proceed to Entry.

Select and enter your personal information.

We will reply with your registration number and password.

You can proceed to “Accommodation”.

When you complete the registration, you will receive a notification to your specified E-mail address.
*Your ID and password will be provided. Keep them safe as you will need it to change/cancel your accommodation.

Amendment & Cancellation Policy

You may cancel the reservation by paying the cancellation fee as given below.

20-8 days prior to the date of stay	20% of the charge
7-2 days prior to the date of stay	30% of the charge
On the previous day of the date of stay	40% of the charge
On the day of stay before 2:00 p.m.	50% of the charge
After the date of stay	100% of the charge

*The date and time of the change and cancellation are based on the working hours(Mon-Fri 10:00-17:00). except national holiday, After the working hours, cancellation will be made nextday, which may in cur cancellation fee.
