お支払い方法は銀行振込もしくはクレジットカード決済からお選びください。
Please choose your payment method from bank transfer or credit card.

  振込手数料はお客様がご負担ください。
  Bank transfer fee must be covered by the participants.
  送金の際は登録者名の前にメールにてご案内しましたFから始まる予約番号の下四桁を入力してください（例：7777ホッカイタロウ）。
  Please type your registration No., starting from “F” which you will be given via email from us, and your registered name when you transfer money.
  数名分をまとめて振込する際や施設名での振込をされる場合は、必ずこちらまで事前にご連絡願います。
  Please kindly inform us If you make a bank transfer in any specific situation, for example, paying together for 2 or more participants or sending under the company name etc.
  なお公費、校費でのお支払については取扱いたしません。
  We do not handle any public expenditure nor school fond.

登録内容の変更、取消をされる場合
Change/Cancellation policy

登録内容の変更や取消をされる場合は、担当デスク（s-convention-1@or.knt-h.co.jp）までメールでご連絡願います。参加登録の取消については、2019年8月8日（木）以降はお受けできません。またお支払済の大会参加費、研究交流会費に関しては2019年8月8日（木）以降は理由の如何を問わず一切返金できませんことをご了承ください。
Contact us if you wish to cancel your registration or change your registered information via email (s-convention-1@or.knt-h.co.jp). No refund for cancellation on and after Thursday, August 8, 2019.
