Payment in Japanese yen only by credit card (VISA, Master Card, American Express, JCB and Diners Club) is available via this website.
On-line "Early Registration" will be applied only when you make payment in advance through a credit card or bank transfer prior to the conference. The name of the conference will not appear, but our company name will appear in your credit card statement.
On-site Registration:
You can register and make a payment (by a credit card or by cash) at the registration desk. If you make a payment at the registration desk, your registration will be categorized as "On-site".
On-site registration will be available from 16:00 on September 15, 2019 to 15:00 on September 18, 2019.

The registration fee includes all information of this conference (abstracts and conference kit) the reception, lunches, Sapporo Beer Garden reception and the conference dinner on September 17, 2019.

Before charging your credit card, we will send you a pre-confirmation invoice by e-mail.
Alternatively, participants from Japan can wire their remittance via bank transfer. If you choose to do so, you must pay the bank handling charge for the wire transfer. When you complete the wire transfer, please send a copy of your bank receipt by FAX to <+81-11-221-5491> to avoid miscommunication.
For those paying by wire transfer, our Japanese Bank account information will be included in our reply e-mail.
Please do not forget to include your name and registration number along with the name of conference.
On-site payment
On-site registration and payment will be available at the registration desk from 16:00 on September 15, 2019 to 15:00 on September 18, 2019.
We will accept credit card payment or cash in Japanese Yen only.
Cancellation Policy for Registration
Until August 9, 2019
A refund of 100% will be provided.
From August 10, 2019
No refunds will be available.
