For the upcoming Japan IT Week Autumn 2019 / MEDICAL JAPAN TOKYO 2019, Kinki Nippon Tourist Co., Ltd. has been appointed to handle the arrangement for accommodations for exhibitors.
Please make a reservation as early as possible, since room availability is limited.

Reservation and Payment

Click on the ‘Registration Site’ button below and then start reservation.

Step1 : Go to the "Select course" screen and enter the number of people.

Step2(1) : After selecting the course, click "Next". Then proceed to "Representative's personal information".
Please enter necessary information on the representative information registration page.
*Please manage "User ID" and "Password" entered by yourself.

Step2(2) : Please enter companion's necessary information.

Step2(3) : Please select preferred accommodation.

Step 3-5 : Please confirm the application form and choose payment method, then submit it.
The reservation number will be issued and the application will be completed.
*After submitting the application form, a confirmation e-mail of the application will be sent automatically.
If you do not receive a confirmation email after more than an hour, your application may not be completed yet, or your email address may be incorrect. Please contact the branch below.

Amendment & Cancellation Policy

You may cancel the reservation by paying the cancellation fee as given below.

20-8 days prior to the date of stay	20% of the charge
7-2 days prior to the date of stay	30% of the charge
On the previous day of the date of stay	40% of the charge
On the day of stay before 2:00 p.m.	50% of the charge
After the date of stay	100% of the charge

*The date and time of the change and cancellation are based on Japanese working hours(Mon-Fri 10:00-17:00), except national holiday. After the working hours, cancellation will be made next day, which may incur cancellation fee.
*In case of consecutive nights, we calculate from the first night of stay.
