Kinki Nippon Tourist Shutoken Co., Ltd. has been appointed to handle the arrangements of accommodation for participants of 3rd Japan Marketing Week [February], 7th Events ＆ Amusement Expo TOKYO, 7th Live Entertainment Expo TOKYO, 3rd Sports Business Expo TOKYO, 3rd Local Value Creation Expo.

Note your ID and Password and click on ‘Continue registration’

Complete and change accommodation details, click ‘Next’ and add your credit card details.
Make sure to register your credit card details before login out as accommodation will not be confirmed without payment

After completing your registration, make sure you have received a notification specifying your ID and password.
Keep them safe as you will need them to change/cancel your personal information and accommodation details.

Terms and Conditions

For accommodation, reservation agreement is required for below 2 points before making online application:

Change & Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation fees will be applied in case of cancellation during the following period prior check-in date.

20-8 days prior to the date of stay 20% of the charge
7-2 days prior to the date of stay 30% of the charge
1 Day before the night of stay 40% of the charge
On the reserved day (before 2:00p.m.) 50% of the charge
On the reserved day (after 2:00p.m.)
and No Show without notice		 100% of the charge
*The date and time of the change and cancellation are based on Japanese working hours(Mon-Fri 10:00-17:00), except national holidays. After the working hours, cancellation will be made next day, which may incur cancellation fee.
*In case of consecutive nights, we calculate from the first night of stay.
