Guide to Hotel Reservations
Welcome to the 19th ASPA Annual Conference.
To serve everyone participating in the event, we have made arrangements with four hotels in the area near KSP, the event venue.
Those who wish may apply for hotel reservations according to the process below. Please complete the separate application form and submit it by fax.

Hotel Arrangements and Response
We will arrange hotel reservations that fit your request and we will respond by fax. Please allow about seven days for the fax.
This response fax will serve as a confirmation slip on the day of arrival.Please be sure not to misplace it, and to bring it with you to the hotel.
Hotel feels may be paid by designated credit cards only.
*Please be aware that your desired hotel may be full.Cancellation Fees
If you need to cancel after applying, cancellation fees will be applied according to the rules below, based on the scheduled arrival date.
The credit card company will refund the amount charged to your credit card minus the cancellation fee.

Day of Arrival
Present your confirmation slip (the fax) at the front desk at the hotel, and the attendant will show you to your room.
Your accommodation fees do not include any charges incurred during your stay (fees for phone calls, drinks, and other personal expenses). Please settle these directly with the hotel when you check out.
