Go to the "Select course" screen and enter the number of people.

After selecting the course, click "Next". Then proceed to "Representative's personal information".

Please enter necessary information on the representative information registration page.
*Please manage "User ID" and "Password" you entered yourself.

Please go to enter accompanien's information and enter necessary information.

Please fill in the application form and fill out the necessary information, such as payment method, and send it.
The reservation number will be issued and the application will be completed.
*After sending the application form, a confirmation e-mail of the application will be sent automatically.
If you do not receive a confirmation email after more than an hour, your application may not have been completed, or your email address may be incorrect. Please contact the branch below.

Amendment & Cancellation Policy

You may cancel the reservation by paying the cancellation fee as given below.

20-8 days prior to the date of stay 20% of the charge
7-2 days prior to the date of stay 30% of the charge
On the previous day of the date of stay 40% of the charge
On the day of stay before 2:00 p.m. 50% of the charge
After the date of stay 100% of the charge
*The date and time of the change and cancellation are based on Japanese working hours(Mon-Fri 10:00-17:00), except national holiday. After the working hours, cancellation will be made next day, which may incur cancellation fee.
*In case of consecutive nights, we calculate from the first night of stay.
