Scope
Energy efficient usage is the key issue for our low-carbon society in bright future. The importance of development of innovative energy materials and processes was well recognized for efficient energy systems. Then, the first IMPRES was organized for keen discussion for the materials in Kyoto, Japan, in 2007. The IMPRES were took over fortunately in every three years at Singapore in 2010, Fukuoka, Japan, in 2013 and Sicily, Italy, in 2016.The evolution of the innovative materials and change of required specification of the materials are progressed rapidly in the last decade. The IMPRES is required to seek the ways for pursuing the material and process development and to adopt constantly with technology innovations and social changes.
IMPRES2019 is organized for mutual communication for new concepts and new ideas for the innovative materials and processes in energy system. All researchers related with IMPRES are welcome to the event in beautifully traditional Kanazawa, Japan.
