Registration Fee / 参加費

• Registration fee includes application fee for Japan Society of Nucleic Acids Chemistry (JSNAC).
  参加費には日本核酸化学会年会費（正会員5,000円、学生会員1,000円）を含みます。
• Identification is required for student registration.
  学生参加者は学生証提示が必要です。
• Recommended students (by professors who will apply to JSNAC) are exempt from paying annual fee.
  指導教員（入会予定）の推薦を受けた学生の年会費は無料となります。
• 会費に関する詳細は日本核酸化学会会則第10条をご参照ください。

Payment / 参加費のお支払

Payment by credit card (VISA, Master Card, American Express, Diners Club and JCB) is available for participants from overseas via this website.
お支払はクレジットカード決済、銀行振込でお願いします。海外からの参加者についてはクレジットカードのみでのご利用となります。

Cancellation Policy for Registration / 参加取消について

Until September 27, 2019: 1,000 JPY for administration costs will be deducted from a 100% refund.
2019年9月27日まで：運営利用費1,000円を差し引いて、全額ご返金いたします。

From September 19, 2019: No refunds will be available.
2019年9月19日以降は、理由の如何を問わず一切の返金はありません。

How to Register / 登録の手順

Note /ご注意

• 1) Only Japanese yen is accepted.
  お支払は日本円のみお引受けいたします。
• 2) On-line registration and payment is strongly preferred.
  当日のスムーズな運営のため、できる限り事前登録をお願いします。
• 3) Students have to provide official student documentation or certificate from the host institution/supervisor at the time of registration. Please send a scanned copy of your student ID by E-mail to s-convention-1@or.knt-h.co.jp or by FAX to +81-11-221-5491 along with your registration number. Without this verification, you will be charged the "Regular Participant" fee.
  学生での登録の場合、学生証のコピーをメールもしくはFAXでお送りください。ご提示のない場合は一般料金扱いとなります。

On-site Registration ／ 当日参加登録

You can register and make a payment by cash at the Symposium Registration Desk.
当日登録でのお支払は現金のみの取扱となります。
