  • Registration fees will not be returned for any reasons after Early Bird registration deadline.
  • One Regular or Student registration covers only one paper.

After the closing day (Nov 5), you cannot change/cancel the content online.
You can change/cancel the accommodation by E-mail after online accommodation.

No receipts will be issued on this site.

The credit card you specified will be charged after Nov 5. (Payment will be recorded as Kinki Nippon Tourist in the account statement of your card.)

Passports and Visas

Every person entering Japan must have a valid passport. In addition, persons coming from certain countries must have a visa issued by a Japanese consulate in their country.
