INFORMATION ON THE ENTRY VISA TO JAPAN

Please check the website of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan if you need to get a visa in order to enter Japan.

• Since it may take time to obtain visa, we suggest you to contact the Japanese Embassy/Consulate-General with jurisdiction over your place of residence at your earliest convenience and make sure what you need to prepare.
• It may take 7-14 days for the documents preparation after you complete the online application and payment.

On behalf of inviting person / guarantor in Japan, ICMF2023 Desk in Kinki Nippon Tourist Co., Ltd. (KNT) will prepare and send you the following documents.
-Letter of guarantee（身元保証書）
-Letter of reason for invitation（招聘理由書）
-Schedule of stay（滞在予定表）
-Details of Company / Organization（会社・団体概要説明書）

Applying for visa documents can be made online at “Online Application”. As soon as we confirm the required data and the below conditions are confirmed we will start making the necessary documents for you.

 

Conditions for the issuance of the documents

• Your registration must be completed.
  
• Your payment for registration fee must be completed.
  
• Your payment for visa documents request fee must be completed.

 

VISA documents request fee
JPY15,000 per person

When the documents are ready, ICMF2023 Desk will send to you by e-mail.
Then please apply for Visa to the Japanese embassy or Consulate general of Japan in your country/region.

 

Note

• You must have a valid email address in order to make an online application. All communication with regard to your application will be sent via e-mail.
• After submitting the online application, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that the submission of your application is successful. However, please note that receiving the e-mail does not imply your application are confirmed. Your application of visa documents will be prepared after the organizing committee verifies that you are entitled to receive the documents.

 

Application Deadline 24 Feburary(Fri),2023

• We do not accept any of application after the deadline.

*In addition to the documents prepared that we noted at “2.”, you may be required to present some documents from your local Japanese Embassy/Consulate-General. At that time, please contact to the following desk.
