Adult per person: 2,500 yen (tax included, same price for children)

Travel expenses include

Transportation, Entrance fee, Tour escort and consumption tax, which are described in the Itinerary.
These expenses will not be reimbursed even if you do not use part of them for your own reason.

Transportation to the meeting place, transportation and meal not include in the Itinerary, other expenses of a personal matter.

23:59 of the day four days before your departure date.
E.g. Departure date August 5, deadline 23:59 of August 1st.
If the capacity is reached, we may close the application site before the deadline.

Customers will enter into an agent-planned travel contract with Kinki Nippon Tourist Co., Ltd.

(*) Be mindful that we DO NOT handle cancelations and changes in holidays/ during non-business hours; related applications will be handled on the next business day.
Business days & business hours- Monday to Friday 10:00 am – 5:00 pm
(*) Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays

 

How to make a reservation

1	Check the course you want to join on the registration screen, and enter the number of participants.
2	Click "Next" and go to the "Representative Information Registration" page.
3	Fill in the required information on the Representative Information Registration page. (Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required items.) *Please manage your "User ID" and "Password" by yourself.
4	Confirm the information displayed on the Application Confirmation Screen and go to Fees.
5	After completing the application, click "Next" and follow the steps on the screen to complete the application.
6	You can check the details of your application from "My Page.”

Note

• You can apply for up to 8 by entering once.（20 people only from September 1st to 3rd）
• We will check the ticket stub for the Nara National Museum when boarding.

• If you have a companion, check the application information of companions before the application.

• After sending the application form, a confirmation email will be sent automatically. If you do not receive this email for more than one hour after sending the form, you may have not compieted the application or the email address may be wrong. Please contact us in such a case.

• If you register with your phone address, set the domain so that you can receive emails sent from computers.
• If you designate domains to block junk emails, set the domain setting so that you can receive email from kyoto-chiiki@or.knt.co.jp.
