Kinki Nippon Tourist Co.Ltd(KNT), the Partner travel agency of Shonan International Marathon2024, has provided the official accommodation plan with guaranteed entries to Shonan International Marathon2024 for overseas runners and their companions.

  • The rate shown above is per person for 2 nights 3days including 10% consumption tax and service charge.
  • The above runner's tour price includes the marathon entry fee(JPY15,000) .
    The marathon fee is non-refundable even if canceled before the cancellation fee for the travel contract applies, in accordance with the rules of the event office.
    The right to participate will be revoked in accordance with the regulations of the marathon executive committee office.
  • It takes about 30 minutes by bus to the event venue near the starting point.

  • All rooms are basically non-smoking rooms.
  • Sharing a room with other guests is not accepted.

  • When you complete registration you will receive a notification to your specified E-mail address.

    *Please take a note of provided ID and password and keep them safe.
    They are required for revision of your registration data.

  • Proceed to payment.

    *When your payment has been confirmed, your reservation has been completed.

    *This payment system uses 3D secure (personal authentication service) which is the security service by Veritolance. Once the settlement fails, it cannot be made again. If your payment fails for any reason, please e-mail us

  • Your application should complete the payment process.
    Payment only available by credit card.
    Please complete your payment within 3days after application.

    • If you do not complete the procedure by the designated date, your right will become invalid and you will not be able to participate in the race.

Payment

  • All payments must be made in Japanese Yen (JPY) by credit card through Online Registration.
  • Payment only available by credit card.
    We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express, Diners Club, and JCB.

  • Please complete your payment within 3days after application.
  • If you do not complete the procedure by the designated date, your right will become invalid and you will not be able to participate in the race.

Change or Cancellation hotel reservation

  • Any change or cancellation of the hotel reservation must be made by e-mail to Shonan International Marathon2024 Secretariat for overseas runners. (shonan-international-marathon@or.knt.co.jp)

[Special package / Cancellation charge]

After completing the registrarion(for runners) JPY 15,000

The entry fee cannot be refunded even for cancellations made prior to the application of cancellation fees under the travel contract.

Day counting retroactively from the day before the starting date of the tour from 20th to 8th day 20% of the tour price excluding the entry fee
from 7th to 2th day 30% of the tour price excluding the entry fee
1 day before the starting date of the tour 40% of the tour price excluding the entry fee
In the day before the starting date of the tour (before the start of the tour) 50% of the tour price excluding the entry fee
In case where cancellation after the start of the tour or not particpating without a contact 100% of the tour price excluding the entry fee

・Refunds will be made after deducting the cancellation penalties.

・In case that the cancellation is not notified by 6:00pm at the date of start of the tour, it regards as the cancellation without a contract and the tour fee is not be refunded.

・After registration, changes to marathon participants are not allowed.
・There will be no refund of the marathon entry fee.
・Cancellation fees for the tour price will apply depending on the timing of the cancellation.
・If you cancel after payment, a refund will be issued for the tour price except the marathon entry fee of 15,000 yen.
・Cancellation after 20th day from the start date of the tour, the entry fee and cancellation fee will be charged.
