2025 Annual Meeting of the Phytopathological Society of Japan

We are pleased to announce that 2025 Annual Meeting of the Phytopathological Society of Japan (PSJ) will be held on March 26–28, 2025 in Takamatsu (Sunport Takamatsu). The meeting will be held in a face-to-face format to stimulate more interaction after coronavirus pandemics.

* This event will be held jointly with the Reception of The 5th Korea-Japan Joint Symposium on Plant Pathology. However, participants attending both events need to pay the reception fee either at the Annual Meeting of PSJ or the Joint Symposium, and be careful to avoid double payment.

Registration and Abstract Submission

Online registration and abstract submission closed on February 21, 2025.

After creating a new account, a confirmation email will be sent with your account ID and password to login to "My Page”. If you do not receive it, contact the registration desk below. Please complete your online registration by paying the registration fee on the “My Page”. After completing the online registration, PSJ member can make an abstract submission for presentation through the “My Page”.

Payment

Please make the payment in Japanese YEN using the following credit cards at My Page (online registration system): VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club or JCB.
Convenience store payment and banking will be available only for residents in Japan.
Each oral presenter must complete registration and fee payment by January 9, 2025.

Oral Presentation

Any PSJ member in good standing for 2025 membership may orally present a paper during the meeting. Registration instructions can be found below.

Abstract Submission

The abstract submission deadline is extended to 17:00 (JST), January 16 (Thu), 2025.
For presentation at PPSJ2025, send an abstract, and complete registration fee payment via the online registration system (My Page) by 17:00 (JST), January 9 (Thu), 2025.
Abstract submission is available at My Page only after completion of PSJ2025 registration.

The abstract’s title and body should be less than 130 and 900 characters in English (65 and 450 characters in Japanese), INCLUDING space, respectively.

Break rooms and Prayer rooms

Meeting room #53 on the 5^th floor and meeting room #62 on the 6^th floor of Sunport Takamatsu hall building can be used as break rooms. Prayer rooms will be set up in Waiting room #1 (for men) and Waiting room #2 (for women) near by the International Conference Hall (Conference room 1) on the 6^th floor of Sunport Takamatsu tower building. These rooms are only available on 9:00-17:00 during the meeting period (March 26 – 28).
