Abstract Submission for Poster Presentation

• Abstract submission is available at My Page, only after completion of Symposium registration. Each poster presenter must complete registration and fee payment before the abstract submission.
• For poster presentation at this symposium, send an abstract, and complete registration fee payment via the online registration system (My Page) by 17:00 (JST), January 9 (Thu), 2025.
  The abstract submission deadline is extended to 17:00 (JST), January 31 (Fri), 2025.
• Each participant can submit only one abstract.
• Any modification of abstract is not acceptable after the due date.

Instruction for Abstract

The abstract’s title and body should be less than 130 and 900 characters, INCLUDING space, respectively.

Poster Preparation

1. Please make your poster fit the space within a display panel.
   The panel size is 2,100 mm height × 900 mm wide.
   There is no strict rule for this, but we recommend to make your poster with a regular A0 size paper (1,189 mm × 841 mm).
2. Posters will be displayed in the Exhibition Hall (Ground floor of hall building of the Sun Port Takamatsu) from March 25 to 26, 2025.
3. Please set up your poster from 9:00 to 15:00 on March 25, 2025, and also remove by 12:00 on March 26, 2025.
4. Poster presentation session will be from 16:30 to 18:30 on March 25, 2025.
   Poster presenters must stay and give a chance of discussion with audiences in front of each poster.
