Payment can be made via credit card or bank transfer. Please note that any transfer fees will be at your own expense.
Payment must be completed in full in a single transaction.
The contract will be finalized upon our approval and acceptance of the travel fee. The contract will be considered concluded on the date we receive the payment.
If payment or transfer is not completed, the reservation will be considered unconfirmed.
Please note that no individual confirmation will be sent after payment is completed.

Regarding Changes and Cancellations
If you need to make changes or cancellations to your application, please update the details through your My Page.
(Note: Applications, changes, and cancellations made by phone will not be accepted.) If a refund is necessary due to changes or cancellations after payment, it will be processed after the convention, minus the applicable cancellation fee and transfer fee. The refunded amount will be credited to the bank account you provide. We appreciate your understanding.
Reservation Confirmation and Payment
In early May, a reservation confirmation email will be sent to you.
Please ensure that the total travel cost should be paid by credit card or deposited into the designated bank account by Wednesday April 16, 2025(JST)
Cancellation Fees Information
If you cancel your application for personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply based on the cancellation date. The travel cost already paid will be refunded after deducting the cancellation fee, and the refund will be processed after the convention. Please note that refunds and receipts cannot be processed on the day of the convention at the venue.
If no cancellation notice is received, the reservation will automatically be considered cancelled starting from the 2nd day.
Please be aware that cancellations or changes made outside of our business hours will be processed on the next business day.
