2026 Annual Meeting of the Phytopathological Society of Japan

We are pleased to announce that the 2026 Annual Meeting of the Phytopathological Society of Japan (PPSJ) will be held on March 26–28, 2026 in Osaka (Setsunan University, Hirakata campus). The meeting will be held in a face-to-face format. We sincerely look forward to your participation.

Registration and Abstract Submission

After creating a new account, a confirmation email will be sent with your account ID and password to login to "My Page”. If you do not receive it, contact the registration desk below. Please complete your online registration by paying the registration fee on the “My Page”. After completing the online registration, PSJ member can make an abstract submission for presentation through the “My Page”.

Payment

Please make the payment in Japanese YEN using the following credit cards at My Page (online registration system): VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club or JCB.
Convenience store payment and banking will be available only for residents in Japan.
Each oral presenter must complete registration and fee payment by January 9, 2026.

Oral Presentation

Any PSJ member in good standing for 2026 membership may orally present a paper during the meeting. Registration instructions can be found below. If you are not a current PSJ member but want to speak in oral presentation sessions, please complete 2026 PSJ membership registration before registering for this meeting. Abstract Submission

For presentation at PPSJ2026, send an abstract, and complete registration fee payment via the online registration system (My Page) by 17:00 (JST), January 9 (Fri), 2026.
Abstract submission is available at My Page only after completion of PSJ2026 registration.

Instruction for Abstract

The abstract’s title and body should be less than 130 and 900 characters in English (65 and 450 characters in Japanese), INCLUDING space, respectively.

Break rooms and Prayer rooms

Room 8301 on the 3rd floor can be used as break rooms. For reasons related to hygiene management and operational considerations, we will not provide beverages. Please use the vending machines located at several places inside the building. Prayer rooms will be set up in Graduate-student Room 1 on the 2nd floor (for men) and Multi-purpose room 3 on the 3rd floor (for women). These rooms are only available on 9:00-17:00 during the meeting period (March 26 – 28).
