  • The Kyoto style Fucha vegetarian dishes from Kangaan use oil cleverly, and are related to medical cooking. The ingredients are also very healthy, and it is said that virtuous priest of Obaku, school of Zen Buddhism lived a long life by eating these. Fucha originally referred to a tea ceremony in which four people sat across from each other at a table and eat one item from each dish without being served.
