参加登録について(Registration)
講演会当日の受付は混雑が予想されますので、事前参加登録をいただき、前納くださいますようお願いいたします。
Please register and pay the entry fee in advance as the reception desk is expected to be very busy on the day of the conference.

学術講演会への参加には、所定の参加費用が必要です。参加費用は会員資格により金額が異なりますので、下記の表でご確認ください。
You must pay a registration fee for Annual conference. It is necessary for you to confirm a registration fee.

講演申込と参加登録は別です。講演される方は必ず参加登録をお願い致します。
Please note that all the participants are required to do Registration. Presenters also need to do Registration in addition to the process of paper submission.
*1：参加費用には、論文投稿費用・講演会プログラム及び講演予稿集(USB)の料金が含まれます。
The registration fee covers permission of paper submission, a program, and a proceedings in a USB memory. The registration fee includes Consumption TAX(8%).
*2:会員には、SICE 会員の他、本講演会の協賛団体の会員等も含みます。当日登録時には、これらの会員等であることを示す情報の提示をお願い致します。
Member price is applied to members of SICE and Affiliate Societies/Institutes. We will ask you to present a membership card at the on-site registration. So please take a membership card with you for the on-site registration.

※懇談会は、会場の制限により、先着350名までとなります。当日お申し込みは定員を超えた場合にお断りする事があります。
Banquet will be up to 350 people due to the limitation of the venue.
参加登録に関する注意点(Notes on Registration)

| * | 国際会議 SII2014への参加登録者は、SI2014講演会に無料で参加できます。 Participants of SII2014 can participate in SI2014 for free. ※当日登録でも無料になりますので，受付時にSII2014の領収書または名札を提示して必ずお申し出ください（お申し出がないと受付担当者は判断できません）。なお、SI2014懇談会参加費は別途お支払いください。 If you have made a registration of SII2014 please present a receipt or a name card of SII2014 at the registration desk for free entry of SI2014. If you wish to join the banquet of SI2014, you need to buy a banquet ticket at the desk. |

領収書について(Receipt)
参加登録費・懇談会費・講演申込費用・追加講演予稿集に関する領収書は、第15回計測自動制御学会 システムインテグレーション部門講演会名での領収書を当日お渡しさせていただきます。
